Find my book numbers ?

Since my recent return to radio I have purchased WAB membership books. How do I find my old book numbers from many years ago ? If the details are on a database that I do not have could anyone with access kindly let me have the numbers please. Thanks for any help.

The list I quoted was from my own Database; I have amended it to include 21442.
