40M Net?

As a new WAB member, I see a good band to start making contact with WAB Squares is to use 40M (obviously as all other bands.... conditions permitting!), is there a regular UK Net on 40M please? Freq? Day/time? Thanks.

Short answer is no. There is very little reliable inter-G propagation at this stage of the sunspot cycle. It could be a couple of years before we get it. The openings we do get a few and far between.

Call cq WAB on 7160 you may be surprised how many will respond as always looking for over seas members.
you could also try 3760 which is where the nets are at the moment from about 1000z on & of during the day then sometimes in the evenings from 1930z
