Just to say hello

Hi all been looking your forum and thought i would say hello

Although i have spoken to quite a few of you on the air, this is my first venture on to the forum
but probably not the last,

A few questions first and hopefully some of you can help,
What i need is a map or print out of the worked all Britain squares,
Does such a thing exist ? so far i have no way to plan a route or see which squares i will be going through
so this would be a big help and give the possibility of me posting these ahead of time,

and also i have made a forum signature...is this allowed ? if not i will be happy to remove it

Ok those are my questions that just leaves me to say that so far i have really enjoyed the WAB activity
and talking to the regulars on 7.160 + or- and hope to meet many more of you all soon
i do play on other bands from the car when there are none of those pesky contests on
my fav bands are 17,15,12,10m ...worked new deli and Dubai the other day on 10m from the car :D

Work dates permitting i will be attending the Blackpool rally and will maybe see some of you there

Hello Gordon,

Welcome to the WAB Forum.

I don't know of any Map Links that will list all the WAB Squares on a particular route, however the following links may be of some use to you?

http://www.gridref.org.uk/

http://www.streetmap.co.uk/

Dave thank you so much for your reply and help, i was just looking for a way to plot my route before starting my journey
so as to let you all know before hand......on paper would be best for mobile use
i know people do this as i see posts here doing exactly that but just dont know how they do it,
anyway thanks for taking the time to help and i will look at your links
if i cant find a way i will simply let you all take pot luck on when and where i show up lol ( not ideal )

73 Dave and thanks again for your reply and help

Hello Gordon

Thank you for the mobile work you have done already. It is really appreciated.

If you go into your local branch of WH Smith or The Works if you have one, look at the range of road atlases published by Philips. They usually have the squares shown on them. You may need to annotate the pages to make them more readily readable though.

Hi Mark,

Not sure if you noticed, but Gordon last posted 15 months ago. For some reason John, M0HEM resurrected the thread. Gordon last visited the forum on Mar 07, 2014 .
