I have had an e-mail from Gordon M5AFX saying he thoroughly enjoyed todays activation.

All being well he says he will be out next Thursday in the Welsh Mountains.

I will be on on Sunday as G7WAB on 144.345 at 10:30. I will also try 21.255 for Sergei & Jukka

There has been an error with dates.

I will not be able to use G7WAB on Sunday 26th for VHF after all.
However Friday 24th I will be using both calls during the day on HF
And VHF If requested between 09:30 and 14:30.
I will then be on VHF Friday night from around 20:00 on 144.345.

There is the possibility of OV being activated Sunday 6th October
although it may end up just being a recce by John G4YSS.

Paul is hoping to activate NM59 & LH A 3952 Point of Sleat and also NG50. He will be starting from Dunvagen going to Armadale from around 09:30 BST activating squares if required.

As I have said before QRA's and Postcodes can cover four squares and any conversion progamme cannot be relied upon because they usualy come up with the centre of the locator/postcode so you need to know where the station is and then by comparing on a map if necessary.

They will be on from here between 09:30 & 10:00 tomorrow Friday They will then go to NF98 and reacivate the light A 3995. Sfter that they will then be going to North Uist.
