Just a heads up to say that I'm planning to activate the Ardrossan Lighthouse A 4538 (NS24) ILLW ref UK0089 on 16th and 17th August 2014 for a few hours each day. This will be a QRP station on 40m, weather and band conditions permitting.

I went to the Ardrossan Lighthouse this evening between the rain squalls and managed to work one station on 40m (GB0NHL), despite very heavy QRM from Russian contest stations... I'm hoping to be back tomorrow.

Ian, MM0IMC and Andrew, MM6GTJ will be activating Ardrossan Lighthouse, ILLW number UK0089, as MM6ISM/P. Hi folks, Does anyone else think there are too many Worked All ... activations? I'm thinking of some of these new schemes for activating stuff that are popping up. Surely we should be trying to keep special activations 'special' and not going down the Italian model of activating anything and everyth...
