This is
for working stations outside Great Britain & Northern Ireland that are
Book-holders.
All contacts for this award must
have been made on, or after, 1st January 1989. A book-holder can
only be claimed on, or after, the date they became a member.
The basic certificate is for 10 Book-holders;
endorsements are then issued for each additional 10.
For this award, each Book-holder
may only be worked once, irrespective of how many Book Numbers are issued to
that station, or how many different countries they may operate from.
